西安莫萨电气有限公司是2005年6月由意大利MOSA DIVISIONE BCS S.P.A公司和中国北方华山机电工业有限公司。共同出资组建的中外合资企业,是集内燃发电机和内燃弧焊发电机产品的生产、销售、技术服务和进出口为一体的高新技术企业。
    意大利MOSA公司成立于1963年，总部设在米兰近郊，厂房面积75，000平方米。专业生产、销售内燃发电机组（1.5KVA～555KVA）、内燃弧焊发电机组（165A～800A）两大类产品，年产量超过3万台。MOSA内燃发电机和内燃弧焊发电机产品行销世界各地，被广泛应用于石化、电力、电信、市政、能源、交通、租赁、野外勘探等行业以及家庭，享誉全球。

Xi’an Mosa Electric Co.,Ltd , which is a joint venture company established by MOSA Divisione BCS S.P.A(Italy) and Xi’an North Huashan mechanical ＆Electric Co.,Ltd In June 2006.It is a high-tech company that specialized in the production and sells of engine driven welders and generating sets, providing technical service, import ＆export business.
MOSA was founded in 1963.The company has its headquarters and manufacturing facilities in Cusago, a suburb of Milan, Italy. All MOSA products are produced here in an area of 75000 mq.It annual yield of engine driven welders and generating sets exceeds 30,000 sets. MOSA products have been applied extensively in many fields, such as petrochemical, electric power, energy sources, communications and outside exploitation.
